While I have had a crunch in my left knee for two months, my orthopaedic recommended this collagen supplement. I was impressed by the quick relief it provided within three days; however, the effect lasted only a week before the crunch and pain returned. Although my condition is marginally better now, there hasn't been a clear improvement.

Initially, I stopped drinking it during my period but returned to it later. I believe it has been beneficial, particularly for my knee pain. Just a note to be careful with the glass bottle as I dropped one. Overall, I feel an improvement in my knee pain after using it.
